Dr. Chan was born in Hong Kong but grew up in Toronto, Canada. He received his medical degree from the University of Toronto (ranked #6 in the world according to USnews.com) and his residency in Family Medicine at the Carilion Clinic in Roanoke Virgina. After completing his residency, he moved to St. Petersburg Florida to practice family medicine. Since then, he has been practicing traditional and holistic medicine for over 20 years. He has held past appointments as an Affiliate Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. His medical interests focus on integrating the knowledge and traditions of multiple medical disciplines to help optimize his patients' health throughout their lifespan.
