Dr. Saltzburg is a board-certified physician specializing in Hair Restoration and Cosmetic Medicine procedures for men and women of all skin types. Dr. Saltzburg began her career as a pediatric neurology nurse at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia before beginning her medical career at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Saltzburg is the only graduate to have ever completed a triple-degree program as a trainee, obtaining her D.O. degree while simultaneously working towards her MBA in Healthcare Administration & Masters in Biomedical Ethics. She now practices full-time as a Hair Transplant surgeon and further specializes in the most advanced non-surgical hair restoration, most notably regenerative medicine hair growth injections.
Additionally, Dr. Saltzburg is a nationwide speaker for Sciton, Inc., the creator of the world’s first hybrid fractional laser and pioneer in the laser resurfacing industry. As a member of the International Society for Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), Dr. Saltzburg continues to research and train with other top hair transplant surgeons in the world. She conducts research and education pertaining to biologics & regenerative medicine for hair growth stimulation and oral supplementation for postpartum female hair loss. In addition to hair restoration and laser resurfacing, Dr. Saltzburg continues to work in the injectables industry, traveling twice a year to advanced training and hands-on education sessions. Dr. Saltzburg is extremely active in the Philadelphia community and surrounding Southern New Jersey area. She travels frequently for training and speaking engagements; enjoys professional tennis and MMA fighting; and is happily married to her husband, Hunter, with whom she has two French bulldogs at home in Longport, NJ.
In addition to dedicating her time to causes and solutions to hair loss, Dr. Saltzburg devotes many hours researching and analyzing studies to further the field of non-invasive laser treatments for skin and body health. She is a recognized global Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for Sciton, Inc., the world’s only laser company utilizing a hybrid fractional laser delivery system. Dr. Saltzburg’s non-surgical treatments focus on full skin resurfacing; volume repletion; correcting sun damage, redness, visible vessels on the face and legs; fine lines & deep wrinkles on the face and around the mouth; excessive underarm sweat, vaginal dryness & incontinence, and medical marijuana. Dr. Saltzburg has her medical license in multiple states, including NJ, PA, NY, FL, and CA. This allows her to travel nationally to educate, train, and treat patients from all over the country.
